We know how important it is for primary schools and community groups to find good value, entertaining and educational day trips in the West Midlands. And we do our best to give children (and adults) great days out to remember!
Whatever the age of the children or the size of the group, we deliver a day’s programme to meet your needs. We work with FACE (Farming and Countryside Education) to help youngsters learn about farming in a sustainable countryside and there’s lots going on in our farmyard all year round.
Choose from six topics – animal adaptation, bugs and beasties, caring for animals, the chicken and the egg, plant growing and our farmyard year. We’ve also got worksheets to help structure and support your learning plans for all KS1 and KS2 classes. Children love interacting and getting involved in our safe and caring farm environment.
If you’re looking for a fun day out for younger children, again you can’t go wrong at Hatton! You can meet all sorts of animals, from sheep to alpaca, donkeys to wallabies, and hundreds of very cuddly guinea pigs … plus slithering snakes and exotic reptiles in Scales and Tails. During peak season, we run extra attractions like tractor safaris and our famous Hatton’s Grand National.
And everyone can run, jump and play to their hearts’ content in our outdoor play areas and Snorty’s Superslide Mania, one of the best indoor play areas in Warwickshire. Whether it’s rain or shine, we’ll make sure your group gets plenty of great action and adventure at Hatton Adventure World!
