CHILD AGES
Children are aged 2-14 years. Under 2′s are FREE (excluding visiting Father Christmas in the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom). Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years+).
RAINY DAY GUARANTEE
Don’t worry about the weather – we won’t let the rain spoil your day. If the weather isn’t behaving and our rainy day guarantee is triggered, you can return for a free like for like visit.
If you have pre-purchased your ticket 48 hours before your visit make sure you still visit to enjoy our weather-proof activities AND return for another visit free of charge.
Rainy Day Terms and Conditions
If it rains continuously at Hatton Adventure World for 1 hour or more within 3 hours of your arrival, visitors with pre-purchased tickets are entitled to return for a complimentary like-for-like visit.
- “Like-for-like” means that an adult ticket can be exchanged for another adult ticket and a child ticket for a child ticket of the same value or less.
- “Like-for-like” means a term time weekday ticket will trigger a free return term time week day ticket. For tickets purchased during events, the valid dates for the return visit are shown below:

- For the rainy-day policy to be activated, it must rain continually for a minimum of 1 hour between 10am and 4pm. Weather conditions will be recorded by Hatton Adventure World and our decision will be final.
- Excludes Enchanted Christmas Kingdom events.
- The return date is dependent on a return ticket being available on the chosen date to visit, where tickets are sold out, another date will need to be chosen.
- Return tickets will only be issued upon confirmation of your original ticket booking reference (beginning with the letter D).
- Excludes membership visits, on the day purchased tickets, or any rainy day return visits.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Tickets can only be used by the original ticket holder.
- To request your rainy-day return visit, email Hatton@hattonworld.com (within 7 days of your original visit) with your original booking reference and the requested date for your return visit. If all conditions are met, a new ticket will be issued by email. We cannot issue rainy-day return tickets by telephone.
- The Rainy-Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
VOUCHERS
Please note that third party promotions and vouchers are not valid for entrance to Hatton Adventure World on bank holidays, Character Days, during Pumpkin Week and during the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom.
OUTDOOR LASER COMBAT
Currently open for Birthday Parties, with General games returning during February Half Term. During school holidays and on certain weekends, Laser Combat is included in the entry price to Hatton Adventure World for children aged 8-14yrs and up to 2 accompanying adults or older friends. Games are on a first come first served basis and game times vary. You have to book onto the days games using the QR code on the board located at the top of the park! SNORTY’S SUPERSLIDE MANIA
Please note that height restrictions apply and arms and legs must be covered to ride the slides in Superslide Mania. Socks must be worn.
DOGS

Health & Safety
Some animals can carry diseases harmful to humans – please follow these simple guidelines.
Wash your hands thoroughly before supervising the thorough washing of children’s hands using thesoap and water provided following contact with animals and before eating or drinking. Do not use gels or wipes instead of washing hands with soap and water. Supervise children at all times, especially withanimals and on the playground – animals may bite. Keep your fingers away from your mouth and donot taste animal feed. Wash any soiled clothes immediately on your return home. If you are pregnant or think you may be, avoid any contact with sheep or lambs.
