Please note that you must not meet with people from other households socially in groups of more than 6 people (unless you are meeting as a household or support bubble), as per Government Rules. This includes visiting Hatton’s facilities.

In order that social distancing can be maintained, capacity restrictions have been put in place. You can arrive anytime during the day of your visit. There is no limit on how long you stay at Hatton and the only time slot you would need to book is for a Soft Play session. Please note that the Under 2s and Sensory Section within Soft Play is currently closed as per Government instructions.
Rainy Day Guarantee
We always recommend waterproofs (available to buy onsite too) if the weather looks dodgy and there are ample undercover facilities on site, but if the weather forecast for your booked day is wet, we are happy to change your ticket to another day of your choice, subject to availability. During Pumpkin Spooktacular, we cannot guarantee re-entry to that event and we cannot swap tickets to that event. Enchanted Christmas Kingdom tickets are excluded from the rainy day guarantee.

Enjoying a safe visit at Hatton Country World
In order to ensure the health and safety of our visitors we have introduced a number of additional safety measures that you will see in place when you visit us. We have taken the very best advice from professional bodies and our local council to ensure your visit to us is as safe as possible. These new procedures include extra cleaning procedures, social distancing and one way systems.
Before you visit us please think about the following:
- We request that if you, or any of your household are feeling unwell and showing signs of Covid-19, you do not visit us – please get in touch if you need to amend your booking.
- Check our website before you visit to get the most up to date information about your visit and any changes that may have occurred.
- Be contactless ready – we are reluctant to accept cash on site, please ensure you bring your card with you. Pony Rides are exact change only
- Please remember your social distancing from other families throughout your visit, there will be markers on the floor at any areas where queueing is necessary and reminders on site.
- Face masks must be worn in all indoor areas from Saturday 8th August.
- Take note of any new signage and information that we have displayed as this will help make sure your visit is safe and enjoyable.
- On arrival at admissions your temperature will be checked by our staff, this will be a non-contact temperature check and is a condition of entry. Any person displaying a high temperature will not be permitted entry into the Adventure World.
- Laser Combat and Tractor Rides have to remain closed inline with Government guidelines.
- Hygiene screens will be in place for the safety of our staff and our visitors.
- Please remember to uphold the highest hygiene standards on your visit with regular hand washing and use of our hand sanitiser stations. Please remember that hand washing is of utmost importance and hand sanitiser is an interim method in between washing your hands.
- All our food options will be take away but tables and benches will be available for eating the takeaways on site.
- Rest assured that we will be undertaking frequent cleaning throughout the day to ensure that any frequently touched areas are kept clean.
- Our team are trained to ensure that the relevant cleaning is carried out if anyone presents themselves to us with Coronavirus symptoms.
- From Thursday 24th September, our staff will be wearing face protection. Disposable gloves and eye protection may also be worn depending on the area they are working.
- Our team have received specific training on cleaning procedures and our new health and safety procedures to ensure they stay safe and how to keep our guests safe on their visit.

Re-opening Hatton Adventure World
What will be closed?
Currently our Tractor rides and Laser Combat games have to remain closed. We hope that it will not be too long before these too can be re-opened.
Everything else will be open as usual. There are some areas that are open but have needed some slight adjustments, which are as follows:
Animal handling is available during Term-Time weekdays only.
Indoor Soft Play is now available as well. We will need to limit the capacity in this area for safety reasons so pre-booking a 1 hour time slot is mandatory.
How long can I stay at Hatton Adventure World?
You can arrive anytime during the day of your visit. There is no limit on how long you stay at Hatton. The only time slot you would need to book is for a Soft Play session.
Can I turn up on the day?
We will have a limited amount of walk-up slots available and so it is highly recommended to pre-book online. Pre-booking your Soft play time slot can only be done online in advance.
What toilet facilities will be available?
Our normal toilets are available to use with new sanitiser stations outside and social distancing markers. Please be respectful of other people and wait where necessary.
Will there be food and drink for sale?
Yes, there will be lots of takeaway options, with hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks, burgers and hot dogs available. There will be tables and benches on site for you to enjoy your refreshments. The interior of the Spinning Jenny is closed for the time being but beers, wines, other snacks and ice creams are available for outside eating most days. On showery days, undercover facilities in marquees and Snorty’s restaurant will be available.
What changes will there be to Soft Play when it re-opens?
To limit the capacity within the area, we will be introducing time slot system to allow everyone the chance to enjoy some indoor play as safely as possible. The time slots are for 1 hour of playtime in Snorty’s Soft Play & Slidemania. In between each time slot, we will be implementing a new cleaning regime.
Soft Play sessions must be pre-booked and are valid for 1 hour of playtime in Snorty’s Soft Play & Slidemania.
The time slot depicts your start time. Should you arrive late for your time slot, you will be allowed entry however your finish time will not be adjusted. Please speak to a member of staff if you completely miss your time slot*
Face masks must be worn by adults and children over the age of 11 in all indoor areas, including Snorty’s Soft Play & Slidemania.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
A one-way system will be implemented on the equipment and it must be adhered to at all times.
The Sensory area and ball pits must remain closed as instructed by the Government Guidance.
Encourage your children to play according to their age and ability. Special soft play areas are provided for under 5’s.
Before playing, shoes must be removed and socks must be worn at all times. No shorts or short skirts/dresses permitted.
No food is to be consumed in the Soft Play area. Drinks are only permitted on the non-carpeted area.
*Slots are limited and we cannot guarantee a timeslot on that day.
Can you just visit the Soft Play (Superslide Mania) without paying entry to the Adventure World?
As part of the planning permission when the Soft Play was built, we cannot allow access to Soft play without purchasing a ticket to Hatton Adventure World.
I am a member. What’s happening with my membership?
As we are now back with a bigger programme, we will shortly be writing to our members to reinstate their subscriptions. Members entry will therefore be free from Saturday 4th July. Members are however still required to book online in order to comply with the Government’s Track and Trace system.

Will the animals still be looked after on the days you are closed ?
Absolutely! We are a family business and our animals are very much part of the family. We are busy feeding and caring for them, together with giving them lots of love and attention.
How old do children have to be to enter the park?
Children are aged 2-14 years. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years+).
Under 2′s are FREE (excluding Enchanted Christmas Kingdom Event).
Visitors over 14 years must purchase an adult ticket.
Can I bring my dog to Hatton Country World?
Unfortunately only licensed assistance dogs are allowed into Hatton Adventure World.
You are very welcome to bring your dog (as long as it is well behaved and on a lead) to Hatton Shopping Village and on the many walks of the Hatton Estate.
Can we camp in our tent at Hatton Country World?
We also have a Caravan Club Certificated Location Site on which we can take up to 5 vans, throughout the year, all with electric hook up.

Can we use Vouchers to enter the park?
For the moment all bookings to Hatton Adventure World have to be made online. If you wish to use a voucher please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01926 843411.
Please note that third party promotions and vouchers are not valid for entrance to Hatton Adventure World on bank holidays, Character Days, during Pumpkin Week and during the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom.
Is there any entry charge for the Shopping Village?
Entry to the Shopping Village is FREE.
What parking facilities do you have?
We have masses of parking. Usually on hard standing but over the summer months when we are very busy you may be directed into the surrounding fields for parking. We also have disabled parking available.
Coaches are also welcome and FREE to park at Hatton Country World. Please follow the signage and ring the telephone number details upon arrival.
Can we bring a picnic to Hatton Country World?
You are welcome to bring a picnic, but we do have some great catering facilities in both the Shopping Village and also the Adventure World we have a number of picnic benches where you can enjoy your picnic.
You obviously cannot take your own food into our Restaurants where the tables are reserved for those people having purchased refreshments and meals in these areas.
What undercover facilities do you have if the weather is bad?
Since indoor facilities will have to remain closed for the time being, undercover facilities are much more limited. In the event of rain storms marquees are available for emergency cover, but on such days it would be wise to bring waterproofs.
Hatton Adventure World really is an all-weather attraction now. We have the largest soft play centre in the Midlands (Snorty’s Superslide Mania), a large barn area called Farmyard Favourites with lots of animals and also our Guinea Pig Village plus indoor Falconry center.
At weekends and in holiday periods we also have a Family Theatre for Children’s Shows and other undercover talks. Scales and Tails is another fantastic undercover attraction showcasing bugs, reptiles and other animals that children can get up close to and handle. We also have various events seasonally which include indoor entertainment.
Do we need to wear wellies?
If the weather has been wet we suggest that visitors either bring wellies or a change of sturdy shoes. In spite of our hard paths around the site, it is a Farm and can as a result get muddy in places.
Do we have to book Laser Combat separately?
For the moment we are unable to re open the Laser Combat Zone.
During school holidays and at weekends Laser Combat games are available for children aged 8-14yrs and up to 2 accompanying adults.
Games are on a first come first served basis and game times vary. You can book onto the days game at the admissions kiosk on your way in! For more information please click here.
How old do you have to be to play Laser Combat?
Please note Laser Combat is open to children aged 8-14 years and up to 2 accompanying adults each.
Players must be over 1.2m tall.
When is ‘Pitch up & Play’ available for Laser Combat?
Pitch up and play is available on weekends and school holidays (Hatton school holiday event dates only).
When do the Pony Rides operate?
Pony rides are available during weekends and Warwickshire school holidays from 12.00pm – 4.00pm. A small charge of £2.50 is required per ride.

Disabled Facilities & Access FAQs
Do you have special tickets for Disabled Visitors?
Disabled visitors can pay a reduced priced entry to the Adventure World. This is £8.50 per person high season or £6.50 per person low season (excluding Christmas) & includes a carer free of charge.
We suggest that if the disability is not obvious you pop some form of proof into your bag/pocket to be shown at the Entry Kiosk.
What disabled facilities do you have, and what is access like?
When you first arrive at Hatton Country World you’ll be directed by signage to our disabled parking area. All the paths around the shops are concreted and most shops are easily accessible. For those shops with a step, ramps can be provided. Within the Adventure World again the paths are all either concrete or ‘hard standing’. Some shows do take place on grass.
There are disabled toilets in Snorty’s Superslide Mania and also by Farmyard Favourites in the Adventure World.
Can we hire a wheelchair?
Unfortunately we don’t have wheelchairs for hire, you are welcome to bring your own.
Heath & Safety FAQs
Are there any height/age restrictions in Superslide Mania?
There are 3 specific areas in Superslide Mania.
One is suitable for babies (0-2), one for toddlers (2-4) and then our slides and larger area are suitable for children over 0.9 metres (about the height of an average 3 year old).
We do ask that arms and legs are covered to ride the slides and socks worn.
Can we handle the animals and bottle feed the lambs?
We follow all the Government Guidelines and as such visitors are very welcome to feed our grassnuts to the sheep, pigs and goats in Farmyard Favourites. We do offer guinea pig handling in the Guinea Pig Village on term-time weekdays.
Unfortunately visitors cannot get into pens with the animals or bottle feed the lambs for risk of infection.
The health and safety of our visitors is of paramount importance to us at Hatton Adventure World. We actively encourage hand-washing after feeding or handling the animals and we have a number of hand-washing stations with warm water and soap.
Are there any special restrictions for pregnant ladies?
Pregnant ladies should avoid close contact with sheep and lambs.
Is any training given before Laser Combat?
All laser combat visitors are given health and safety briefing, get kitted out with high-tech gear, dressed in army uniforms and armed with MP5 style submachine guns.
Full body overalls are provided, so all that you need to do is come along and have some fun!
Party & Group FAQs
How many children can you host for a Birthday Party?
Traditional parties can be booked for a minimum of 10 children and maximum of 50 (room/time dependent).
Laser Combat parties can be booked for a minimum of 10 children and maximum of 40.
Please note we can only host a party for a maximum of 2 birthday children in any one party.
How do I book a Birthday Party?
Bookings for parties should be made online. A deposit is taken at the time of booking of £50. Final balance is payable on the day of the party.
Please note that due to government restrictions, Birthday Parties are unavailable for the rest of 2020.
Can we have exclusive use of Superslide Mania?
Parties do NOT have exclusive use of Superslide Mania. Height restrictions apply and arms and legs must be covered to ride the slides in Superslide Mania.
Socks must be worn.
Do the staff supervise the party?
Please note the party host is NOT a supervisor and all children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party at all times.
We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children at the party in the Adventure World and in Superslide Mania.
Do children get training before the Laser Combat Party?
Laser Combat experts give full instructions and training before you begin.
This includes a health and safety briefing, getting kitted out with high-tech gear, dressing in army uniforms and being armed with MP5 style submachine guns.
