RAINY DAY GUARANTEE
Don’t worry about the weather . Whilst we have enough undercover activities to entertain you for hours , you can return for a FREE visit on a “like for like “day ,if there is continuous rain for an hour within 4 hours of your arrival and finishing no later than 4pm
And also , if you decide not to come on the day of your booking , we’ll do our best to book you in for another “like for like” day
Rainy Day Terms and Conditions
Visitors with pre-purchased tickets are entitled to return for a complimentary like-for-like visit.
- “Like for like” means a term- time weekday ticket can be exchanged for another term-time ticket of no greater value .
- A weekend ticket can be exchanged for another weekend ticket of no greater value.
- Enchanted Christmas Kingdom tickets are excluded from the Rainy Day Guarantee.
- To request a Rainy-Day Return Visit , please email Hatton@hattonworld.com within 7 days of your original visit and give your original booking reference ( beginning with the letter D ) and your preferred date for the return ticket which will be emailed back so long of course you are eligible . This cannot be done over the telephone. Please note that refunds , part refunds and cash alternatives are not available.
- No refunds are given if the rainy-day ticket value is less than the original visit and cannot be part redeemed against a higher priced ticket.
- Excludes membership visits, on the day purchased tickets, or any rainy day return visits.
On arrival
- Take note of any new signage and information that we have displayed as this will help make sure your visit is safe and enjoyable.
- Hygiene screens will be in place for the safety of our staff and our visitors.
- Please remember to uphold the highest hygiene standards on your visit with regular hand washing and use of our hand sanitiser stations. Please remember that hand washing is of utmost importance and hand sanitiser is an interim method in between washing your hands.
- Rest assured that we will be undertaking frequent cleaning throughout the day to ensure that any frequently touched areas are kept clean.
Our team
- Our team are trained to ensure that the relevant cleaning is carried out if anyone presents themselves to us with Coronavirus symptoms.
- Our staff will be wearing face protection. Disposable gloves and eye protection may also be worn depending on the area they are working.
- Our team have received specific training on cleaning procedures and our new health and safety procedures to ensure they stay safe and how to keep our guests safe on their visit.

Hatton Adventure World
How long can I stay at Hatton Adventure World?
There is no limit on how long you stay at Hatton.
Can I turn up on the day?
Pre-booking is advised and saves you up to £2 per ticket.
What toilet facilities will be available?
We have multiple toilet facilities located around the park.
Will there be food and drink for sale?
Yes, Snorty’s Restaurant located inside Superslide Mania Soft Play serves both hot and cold food and beverages.
Is Soft Play open?
Superslide Mania Indoor Soft Play is open 10:00-17:00 every day.
Can you just visit the Soft Play (Superslide Mania) without paying entry to the Adventure World?
As part of the planning permission when the soft play was built, we cannot allow access to Soft play without purchasing a ticket to Hatton Adventure World.
What is the Rainy Day Guarantee?
Rainy Day Terms and Conditions
If it rains continuously at Hatton Adventure World for 1 hour or more within 3 hours of your arrival, visitors with pre-purchased tickets are entitled to return for a complimentary like-for-like visit.
- “Like-for-like” means that an adult ticket can be exchanged for another adult ticket and a child ticket for a child ticket of the same value or less.
- “Like-for-like” means a term time weekday ticket will trigger a free return term time week day ticket.
- No refunds are given if the rainy-day ticket value is less than the original visit and cannot be part redeemed against a higher priced ticket.
- For the rainy-day policy to be activated, it must rain continually for a minimum of 1 hour between 10am and 4pm. Weather conditions will be recorded by Hatton Adventure World and our decision will be final.
- Excludes Enchanted Christmas Kingdom events.
- The return date is dependent on a return ticket being available on the chosen date to visit, where tickets are sold out, another date will need to be chosen.
- Return tickets will only be issued upon confirmation of your original ticket booking reference (beginning with the letter D).
- Excludes membership visits, on the day purchased tickets, or any rainy day return visits.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Tickets can only be used by the original ticket holder.
- To request your rainy-day return visit, email Hatton@hattonworld.com (within 7 days of your original visit) with your original booking reference and the requested date for your return visit. If all conditions are met, a new ticket will be issued by email. We cannot issue rainy-day return tickets by telephone.
- The Rainy-Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
How old do children have to be to enter the park?
Children are aged 2-14 years. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years+).
Under 2′s are FREE (excluding Enchanted Christmas Kingdom Event).
Visitors over 14 years must purchase an adult ticket.
Do you offer discounts for Blue light card/Defence privilege card?
Yes we offer discounts for both Blue light card and Defence privilege cards. Please email hatton@hattonworld.com with relevant documentation or a picture of the card and a member of the team will issue you with a discount code to book online. (Please give 2-3 working days for a response).
Can I bring my dog to Hatton Country World?
Unfortunately, dogs are NOT allowed in Hatton Adventure World. Only Task Trained Registered assistance dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
Can we use vouchers to enter the park?
All bookings to Hatton Adventure World have to be made online. If you are unsure how to redeem a voucher please email us at hatton@hattonworld.com or call us on 01926 843411.
Is there any entry charge for the Shopping Village?
Entry to the Shopping Village is FREE. Parking is £2 All Day, with the first hour free.
What parking facilities do you have?
We have masses of parking, parking is £2 all day. Usually on hard standing but over the summer months when we are very busy you may be directed into the surrounding fields for parking. We also have disabled parking available.
Coaches are also welcome and FREE to park at Hatton Country World. Please follow the signage and ring the telephone number details upon arrival.
Can we bring a picnic to Hatton Country World?
You are welcome to bring a picnic, we have a number of picnic benches where you can enjoy your picnic. We also have some great catering facilities in both the Shopping Village and the Adventure World.
You cannot take your own food into our Restaurants where the tables are reserved for those people having purchased refreshments and meals in these areas.
What undercover facilities do you have if the weather is bad?
In the event of wet weather, marquees are available for emergency cover, but on such days it would be wise to bring waterproofs.
Normally…
Hatton Adventure World really is an all-weather attraction. We have the largest soft play centre in the Midlands (Snorty’s Superslide Mania), a large barn area called Farmyard Favourites with lots of animals and also our Guinea Pig Village.
At weekends and in holiday periods we also have a Family Theatre for Children’s Shows and other undercover talks. Scales and Tails is another fantastic undercover attraction showcasing bugs, reptiles and other animals that children can get up close to and handle. We also have various events seasonally which include indoor entertainment.
Do we need to wear wellies?
If the weather has been wet we suggest that visitors either bring wellies or a change of sturdy shoes. In spite of our hard paths around the site, it is a Farm and can as a result get muddy in places.
Do we have to book Laser Combat separately?
Laser Combat Returns February Half Term
Please note Laser Combat is a seasonal activity and weather dependent, available during school holidays and at weekends Laser Combat games are available for children aged 8-14yrs and up to 2 accompanying adults.
Games are on a first come first served basis and game times vary. You can book onto the days game at the admissions kiosk on your way in!

How old do you have to be to play Laser Combat?
Laser Combat Returns February Half Term
Laser Combat is open to children aged 8+ years OR 1.2 meters tall.
Do you still do Pony Rides?
No, due to unforeseen circumstances we do not offer pony rides anymore.
Disabled Facilities & Access FAQs
Do you have special tickets for Disabled Visitors?
Visitors with the following documentation are eligible for one complimentary carer’s ticket. Please note that it is valid only when accompanying a caree who has purchased a full-price ticket, and it is limited to one carer per caree. Any additional members of your party will be required to pay full price.
Upon arrival at the farm, you will be asked to show proof/documentation of the need for a carer to a member of our reception team. Failure to provide any of the required documentation may result in your paying the full price for entry.
You will need one of the following documents:
– Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– A current and valid Blue Badge.
– Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

What disabled facilities do you have, and what is access like?
When you first arrive at Hatton Country World you’ll be directed by signage to our disabled parking area. All the paths around the shops are concreted and most shops are easily accessible. For those shops with a step, ramps can be provided. Within the Adventure World again the paths are all either concrete or ‘hard standing’. Some shows do take place on grass.
Can we hire a wheelchair?
Unfortunately we don’t have wheelchairs for hire, you are welcome to bring your own.
Heath & Safety FAQs
Are there any height/age restrictions in Superslide Mania?
There are 3 specific areas in Superslide Mania.
One is suitable for babies (0-2), one for toddlers (2-4) and then our slides and larger area are suitable for children over 0.9 metres (about the height of an average 3 year old).
Arms and legs MUST be covered to ride the slides and socks MUST be worn.
Can we handle the animals and bottle feed the lambs?
We follow all the Government Guidelines and as such visitors are very welcome to feed our grassnuts to the sheep, pigs and goats in Farmyard Favourites.
Unfortunately visitors cannot get into pens with the animals or bottle feed the lambs for risk of infection.
The health and safety of our visitors is of paramount importance to us at Hatton Adventure World. We actively encourage hand-washing after feeding or handling the animals and we have a number of hand-washing stations with warm water and soap.
Are there any special restrictions for pregnant ladies?
Pregnant ladies should avoid close contact with sheep and lambs.
Is any training given before Laser Combat?
All laser combat visitors are given health and safety briefing, get kitted out with high-tech gear, dressed in army uniforms and armed with MP5 style submachine guns.
Full body overalls are provided, so all that you need to do is come along and have some fun!
Party & Group FAQs
Can non-educational groups visit under the School/Group Rate?
We only offer the discounted group rate to Educational group visits, however if you are a large group looking to come please email Groups@hattonworld.com for availability and prices.
How many children can you host for a Birthday Party?
Traditional parties can be booked for a minimum of 10 children and maximum of 30 (room/time dependent) Party rooms can hold a maximum of 40 guest including adults.
Laser Combat parties can be booked for a minimum of 10 children and maximum of 35.
Please note we can only host a party for a maximum of 2 birthday children in any one party.
How do I book a Birthday Party?
Bookings for parties should be made online. A reservation fee is taken at the time of booking. Final balance must be paid 14 Days before the party. Please call us on 01928 843 411 to confirm final numbers and pay the remaining balance. Alternatively please email parties@hattonworld.com with your contact details and we will call you back.
Can we have exclusive use of Superslide Mania?
Parties do NOT have exclusive use of Superslide Mania. Height restrictions apply and arms and legs must be covered to ride the slides in Superslide Mania.
Socks must be worn.
What are the benefits of a Party Host?
Party Host’s help you to make the most of your party at Hatton Adventure World, helping to organise your time and entertain the Children.
Assisting with Animal Handling, taking them on the Fun Fair Rides, Bouncy Castles and ensuring they get to do all the activities they would like to do during the party. They are not there to supervise the Children, but to help you ensure they have a great party.
All children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party at all times.
Do the staff supervise the party?
Please note the party host is NOT a supervisor and all children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party at all times.
Do children get training before the Laser Combat Party?
Laser Combat experts give full instructions and training before you begin.
This includes a health and safety briefing, getting kitted out with high-tech gear, dressing in army uniforms* and being armed with MP5 style submachine guns.
*Full body overalls are provided, so all that you need to do is come along and have some fun!

Do I need to pay for Parking if I’m attending a party?
Yes, if you are attending either a Laser Combat or other Party you will need to purchase a parking ticket if you stay for more than one hour.
