Enchanted Christmas Kingdom FAQs

Can I book more than 1 sleigh?

Yes, you are free to book more than 1 sleigh, you do however require at least 1 adult per sleigh.

Can I add an extra Adult or Child?

For a sleigh which holds up to 4 people you can upgrade your sleigh to a 6 people sleigh. For more than 6 people you can either add an extra sleigh or call the office on 01926 843 411.

Do I need to count my under 2, towards my sleigh capacity?

Yes, you’re under 2 will need to be added to your capacity as they get a letter and present from Father Christmas.

Do you do disabled concessions?

We do offer a discounted rate for Non-members, please call the office on 01926 843 411 and they will be happy to help you with this. Please note to qualify for a disabled discount you may be asked to provide proof of your disability this can be in the form of a DLA, PIP, Blue Badge or Doctors note.

We do not offer this to members as there is already a discount applied to the membership and the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom for members.

Do I need to count my carer, towards my sleigh capacity?

Yes, but Non-members are entitled to the disabled discount code to account for this (please see above)

Can I just visit the Farm?

Members are free to just visit the farm but will not be able to take part in the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom activities without a ticket for the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom.

Non-members will not be aloud to visit the farm alone during our Enchanted Christmas Kingdom Dates.

Non-members can come during the weekdays when the Enchanted Christmas Kingdom activities won’t be running.

Will I need to pay for Car parking?

Members – Parking is included

Non-members – Will need to pay for parking £2, this can be done on site on the day or via the website. A link will be sent out a day before your visit to remind you to book your car parking.

Can I just arrive on the day without pre-booking?

No, Pre-booking is essential, and we will not be accepting walk ups during our Enchanted Christmas Experience.

Will my visit be covered by your Rainy-day Guarantee?

No, our Enchanted Christmas Kingdom event is not covered by our Rainy-day guarantee.

Will there be a photo opportunity with Father Christmas?

Unfortunately, Father Christmas is extremely busy, but there will be lots of photo opportunities with his Elves.

Is the Reindeer food environmentally friendly?

Yes, we don’t add any plastic glitter to our special reindeer food and so it’s safe for all wildlife including Rudolph!

Is it a Sleigh ride?

No, this is not a Sleigh ride, the Sleigh is the static seating for you to be able to enjoy our Father Christmas Panto.

Can I bring my dog?

No, owed to livestock we do not allow dogs except for Assistance dogs.

What happens if I over filled my sleigh?

If you bring add more people than your Sleigh allows, we will only be able to permit your Sleigh’s capacity into the park and the rest will be turned away. If you require more guests, please call 01926 843 411 and the team will see what they can do.

Who are the Gingerbread men suitable for?

Our Gingerbread men are suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

They are not suitable from those with soya, nut, egg, or dairy allergies as they may contain traces of soya, nuts, egg or dairy.

We can provide Gluten free Gingerbread men on request but will need advanced notice of 1 week before your visit.

Will you be holding Birthday parties/Laser combat parties?

No, we will not be hosting Birthday and Laser combat parties at this time, the last day available for parties will be 21/11/21 and they will restart on 08/01/22

What are the prices?

Non-member 4-seater sleigh – £89 Low £99 High

Non-member 6-seater sleigh -£139 Low £149 High

Member 4-seater sleigh – £30 Low £35 High

Member 6-seater sleigh – £40 Low £45 High

Is there Wheelchair access?

When you first arrive at Hatton Country World, you’ll be directed by signage to our disabled parking area. Within the Adventure World the paths are all either concrete or ‘hard standing’.

Please bear in mind this is a rural location and the hardstanding is a stone pathway.

Do we need Wellies?

If the weather has been wet, we suggest that visitors either bring wellies or a change of sturdy shoes. Despite our hard paths around the site, it is a Farm and can as a result get muddy in places.

When do you open?

The Park opens at 9am-6pm. You are more than welcome to stay with us all day, just make sure to be at the Enchanted Forest 15mins before your Father Christmas Panto time.

What are the show times?

Shows are between 9:15-5:15 every day with all the availability on the website as when making your selection you will be picking the time of your show not your arrival time.

How long are the shows?

Both Mr Hollys shows, and the Father Christmas Panto are around 15-20mins long.

Do I need to pre-book soft play?

No, our soft play has now returned to being open and you will not be required to book a timeslot or pay any additional fee as this is now included in your ticket.

Will I be able to take my pushchair into the show?

You may be asked to leave your pushchair outside in an undercover area for both of Mr Holly’s shows and The Father Christmas Panto.

How long do you recommend our visit will last?

We have a full programme of festive fun and so we would recommend you will need at least 3-4 hours to enjoy all activities we have on offer.

I have a Kidspass voucher can I use this for The Enchanted Christmas Kingdom?

No, Kidspass cannot be used against our Enchanted Christmas Kingdom event.

Do you offer Blue light/NHS Discount?

No, we do not offer NHS or Blue light discount against our Enchanted Christmas Kingdom event.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

If you call the office on 01926 843 411, the team will see if there is availability to move your booking for you.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

No, we cannot cancel and refund your booking, we can move your booking to a different date if there is one available or convert this to a gift voucher for you to be able to rebook tickets to the Adventure World in the Future.

What food facilities will be open?

Our Snorty’s restaurant will be open as normal as well as our Gold rush refreshment hut and Refreshment van.

The Spinny Jenny’s hole in the wall will also be open.

Will there be any undercover areas to eat a picnic from?

There will be a few areas undercover for Picnics.

What happens if I am late?

If you are late for your Father Christmas Panto, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fit you in to another show. We do ask you arrive early at least 30mins before your show time, so you have enough time to get booked in and make your way to the Enchanted Forest 15 mins before the Father Christmas Panto Starts.

What if someone in my group gets covid?

We request that if you, or any of your household are feeling unwell and showing signs of Covid-19, you do not visit us – please get in touch if you need to amend your booking and we will do our best to move this to another date if one is available. Alternatively, we can convert your booking into a gift voucher for you to be able to visit the park at a later date within 12-months of your original booking.
