Visiting Hatton Adventure World
Are you open every day?
Hatton Adventure World is open every day excluding 25th and 26th December.
*Hatton Adventure World is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays until 15th March for winter maintenance – Excluding February Half Term
What are your opening times?
Hatton Adventure World is open 10am – 5pm
Farmyard Favourites closes at 4pm.
Soft Play is open until 5pm.
We close at 4pm on 24th December and 31st December

Is there parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking available. Parking is £2 for the day. While we typically offer hard-standing parking, during busy periods in the summer, you may be directed to surrounding fields. Disabled parking is available, and coaches can park for free. Prebook parking here
Do you allow dogs?
Dogs are not permitted into Hatton Adventure World. Only task-trained, registered assistance dogs are permitted by prior arrangement.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, there are picnic benches available in the park. We kindly ask that outside food is not consumed inside Snorty’s Restaurant as this is reserved for Snorty’s patrons.
Do you have food available to purchase online?
Yes, Snorty’s Restaurant inside Hatton Adventure World offers a selection of hot and cold food and beverages.
What is your smoking policy?
As a family attraction, we operate a No Smoking policy throughout the Farm Park.
What toilet facilities do you have available?
We have multiple toilet facilities, including accessible and baby changing toilets, located inside Hatton Adventure World. Please be advised we do not have adult changing facilities or hoists.

What are your prices?

Can I just turn up and pay at admissions?
Yes, you can pay on arrival at Admissions. This will be £3pp extra.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available to purchase on our website here
Are tickets refundable?
Following the purchase of your ticket no refunds can be given.
Can I visit soft play without an admission ticket to Hatton Adventure World?
No, soft play is included with admission to Hatton Adventure World, and there is no option to purchase a soft play-only ticket.
Are there restrictions in Superslide Mania soft play?
Arms and legs MUST be covered to ride the slides and socks MUST be worn inside soft play at all times. There are 3 areas in Superslide Mania. One is suitable for babies (0-2), one for toddlers (2-4) and then our slides and larger area are suitable for children over 0.9 metres. Children must be supervised at all times.
Is Laser Combat included in Hatton Adventure World admission tickets?
Laser Combat is a seasonal activity included in your admission ticket during weekends and holidays at certain times of the year (from the April half-term to the October half-term). Please check our current programme to see if it is available during your visit. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is suitable for ages 8+.
Private parties are available year-round at https://www.hattonlasercombat.com/.
Sturdy footwear is essential , trainers or boots are perfect.
Flip flops, crocs, sandals, and other open-toed or loose-fitting shoes are not allowed and you will not be allowed to play in these.
Accessibility
What toilet facilities do you have available?
We have multiple toilet facilities, including accessible and baby changing toilets, located inside Hatton Adventure World. Please be advised we do not have adult changing facilities or hoists.
Do you offer tickets for disabled visitors?
Visitors who can provide the following documentation are eligible for one free carer’s ticket. Please note that this ticket is valid only when accompanying a visitor who has purchased a full-price ticket and is limited to one carer per visitor. Any additional members of your group will need to purchase tickets at full price. When you arrive, you will be required to show proof of eligibility to our reception team. If no valid documentation is presented, you may be asked to pay full price for entry. Accepted documents include:
– A Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– A valid and current Blue Badge.
– A letter from your GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer (this does not need to be a diagnosis letter).
We DO NOT accept access cards as proof of disability.

Is Hatton Adventure World accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs?
Within the Adventure World, most of our paths are hard standing, which makes them generally accessible for both manual wheelchairs and powered mobility scooters. However, some of our shows and attractions do take place on grassy areas. As we are a working farm our paths may be a little uneven or get muddy particularly in bad weather.
We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your visit. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I hire a wheelchair?
Unfortunately we don’t have wheelchairs for hire, you are welcome to bring your own.
Rainy Day Guarantee
What is your Rainy-Day guarantee?
Don’t worry about the weather – we won’t let the rain spoil your day. If the weather isn’t behaving and our rainy-day guarantee is triggered, you can return for a free like for like visit.
Please note: This offer runs until 2nd November 2025 and will restart in Spring 2026 (date TBC) February Half Term is included.
Terms and Conditions
If it rains continuously at Hatton Adventure World for 1 hour or more, customers who visited site with pre-purchased tickets (excludes on the day purchase’s), are entitled to return for a complimentary like-for-like visit.
“Like-for-like” means that an adult ticket can be exchanged for another adult ticket and a child ticket for a child ticket of the same value or less.
“Like-for-like” means a term time weekday ticket will trigger a free return term time weekday ticket.
“Like-for-like” excludes tickets purchased during special events, the valid dates for the return visit are shown below:

Halloween Spooktacular (2026 dates tbc)
- Excludes on the day purchased tickets (online and on the gate), free school/birthday returns, membership visits or any rainy day return visits.
- No cash alternative is available.
- No refunds are given if the rainy-day ticket value is less than the original visit and cannot be part redeemed against a higher priced ticket.
- For the rainy-day policy to be activated, it must rain continually for a minimum of 1 hour between 10am and 4pm. Weather conditions will be recorded by Hatton Adventure World and our decision will be final.
- Excludes Fireworks and Christmas events.
- The return date is dependent on a return ticket being available on the chosen date to visit, where tickets are sold out, another date will need to be chosen.
- Return tickets will only be issued upon confirmation of your original ticket booking reference (beginning with the letter D).
- Tickets can only be used by the original ticket holder.
- To request your rainy-day return visit, email hatton@hattonworld.com within 7 days of your original visit with your original booking reference and the requested date for your return visit. If all conditions are met, a new ticket will be issued by email. We cannot issue rainy-day return tickets by telephone.
- The Rainy-Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Do you have undercover activities?
Hatton Adventure World is an all-weather attraction. While some activities are outdoors, we offer many undercover options including Superslide Mania Soft Play, Farmyard Favourites Animal Barns, Guinea Pig Village, Scales and Tails reptile house, and seasonal indoor entertainment. Check the programme for current offerings.

How do I become a member?
Please visit our membership page for all the details of becoming a member and the different types of membership.
How do I change my membership details?
Please contact the membership team membership@hattonworld.com or call 01926 843411 Option 2.
Do members pay for parking?
No, members are entitled to free parking. This can be prebooked online or at the admission kiosk on arrival.
Do members get a discount on the catering?
Enjoy 10% off at Snorty’s Restaurant and Goldrush, your membership card must be presented at the till when paying. Please note, this discount does not apply to external catering providers offering services at our site for events.
Do members get any benefits?
When you become a Hatton Adventure World Member, you unlock a fantastic range of exclusive benefits to make every visit even more fun and great value. Bring a Friend for FREE
During selected promotional months, each member can bring one friend FREE of charge. This offer is available during specific months only, please check our website or members newsletter for current dates and full details.
Do members get any benefits for The Hatton Arms pub?
Get 10% off food at Hatton Arms! For details further details please email enquiries@hattonarms.com. This discount cannot be combined with other offers, and the card must be presented at the time of payment.
What are the terms and conditions of the 10% Members discount at The Hatton Arms?
The 10% discount is valid Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The discount applies to both food and drinks purchased during the eligible time.
Can the parent and toddler pass be used by any adult?
Yes, unlike our normal full time and other termtime memberships the Parent and Toddler pass covers any adult, with a named child.
Refer a friend – What is the Member Referral Scheme?
If you’re a current full-time member, you can refer a friend to become a full-time member too, and both of you will receive a £25 voucher to spend at Toy Mad or in Catering.
Refer a friend – What do I and my friend get?

You (the referrer) get a £25 voucher.

Your friend (the new member) gets a £25 voucher too.

Vouchers can be used in Toy Mad or Catering at Hatton World. (Valid from 1 month of issue).
- These cannot be used against memberships themselves.
Refer a friend – Who is eligible?

You must be a current full-time member.

Your friend must join as a full-time member (adult or child).

This offer is one per account — not per individual or membership type.

Example: If your friend takes out a membership for 1 adult and 1 child, only 1 voucher is issued for their account.

Once payment has cleared (can take up to 7 working days), both of you will receive:

This full process can take up to 14 working days.
Refer a friend – Where do I collect my voucher?
You’ll be able to pick it up from the Admissions Team after you get the confirmation email from the Membership team. The Kiosk will already have the voucher ready for you!
Can I combine discounts, special offers, or promotional memberships with the “refund your original visit” benefit?
No. Any discounted or special-offer memberships (including promotional rates or limited-time deals) are not eligible for additional benefits such as our “refund your original visit” offer. This benefit is reserved exclusively for full-price membership purchases.
Parties and Groups
How do I book a birthday party?

Do you offer Educational Group Visits?
Yes we do. We require three weeks’ notice to book a group visit. Please go to our group booking page for information about our group bookings or email groups@hattonworld.com
Summer Season Pass
Can I get the 14 day money back Guarantee on the Summer season?
No, the Summer season pass is not included in the 14 day return visit refund which we offer for full time memberships only.
Do Summer Pass season holders get the same benefits as Hatton members?
No, the additional members benefits are for members only and do not apply to Summer Season Pass holders.
When can i use my summer season pass?
Our Summer season passes can be used between July 19th until September 1st 2025 and a no other times.
I require a carer do they to buy a summer pass as well?
No, a free carer can accompany any fully paying summer pass holder who is in receipt of DLA, PIP, Blue badge or Doctors note. They will just need a free carer ticket for when visiting with the Summer Pass holder.
