Enchanted Christmas Kingdom FAQs
Is the visit to Father Christmas Grotto one on one?
Your visit to Father Christmas will be an intimate group experience, with each family having the opportunity to have a photo taken with Father Christmas where he will also present each child with their magic key.
Can I take photos inside Father Christmas’ Grotto?
At the end of the grotto experience each child will have the chance to sit with the man himself to have their photo taken. You are welcome to take your own photos. We will also have a professional photographer in there, where you can get the opportunity to purchase these special photos.
Is my Arrival time the time I book online?
No, the time you book online is your time to visit Father Christmas Grotto, we recommend being at the Land of the Elves 15mins before your time slot, to allow time to travel through the Ice tunnels, where you will meet your Guide Elf at the end, who will take the group on a woodland Journey to find Father Christmas’ Grotto. If your Father Christmas time slot is later in the day please arrive earlier and do the other activities before visiting Father Christmas. The park opens at 09:30.
