Snorty’s Lunchbox
Each child receives a lunchbox containing a sandwich (ham, cheese or jam), crisps, a piece of fruit, a sweet treat, a mini pack of biscuits and a drink.
Pizza Option
Alternatively, you can choose Margherita or Pepperoni pizza for all children (1/2 of a 12″ pizza per child), served with jugs of squash for the table. You can upgrade from squash to juice for £1 per child.
Optional Add-Ons
Ice cream tubs are available at £3 per child.
Tea, coffee and biscuits for adults can be added for £3 per adult.

- Your Snorty’s Lunchboxes will be in your private party room at your chosen time.
- Once your party ends, please leave the room tidy and pop all rubbish in the bins provided
Non-Hosted Party
- Arrive at the park at your selected time
- You’ll be met by a friendly Hatton team member who will show you to your private party room
- We’ll provide you with a programme of the days activities
- Enjoy full access to everything Hatton Adventure World has to offer, animal handling, soft play, tractor rides and more!
- Your Snorty’s Lunchboxes will be in your private party room at your chosen time.
- Once your party ends, please leave the room tidy and pop all rubbish in the bins provided

We offer two birthday party time slots each day. Whether you choose morning or afternoon, you’ll have exclusive use of your party room, a full day of farm park fun, and memories to last a lifetime!
Morning Party: 10:00am – 1:00pm
- 🧁 Lunch is enjoyed in your private party room at your chosen time
- 🧹 The room must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00pm
- 🕔 You’re welcome to stay and explore the park until 5:00pm
- 🤹 Hosted Party? Your party host will be with you all morning from 10:00am – 1:00pm.
Afternoon Party: 2:00pm – 5:00pm

From the M40 exit at Junction 15 and proceed on the A46 sign-posted Coventry. Take the first slip road exit signed A4177 to Solihull. At the roundabout bear left onto the A4177 following the brown tourist signs to Hatton Country World. After 2.5 miles turn left just after The Hatton Arms Public House onto the B4439. As you arrive at the crossroads turn left into Dark Lane. Follow the lane and Hatton Country World is 1 mile on the left.

FAQs
When do we pay?
We do not charge you for your attendees until 2 weeks before your chosen party date.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. This deposit secures your booking and is removed off final balance.
What is the price per child?
Child (Hosted Party) – £29.95 high season & £24.95 low season
Child (Non-Hosted Party) £24.95 high season & £19.95 low season
Low Season – 10th January 2026 – 27th March 2026 & 7th November 2025 – 15th November 2025
High Season – 28th March 2026 – 1st November 2026
When do you need sandwich orders and catering info?
Please send us your food choices and any dietary requirements 2 weeks before your party. Sandwich choices: ham, cheese or jam. Pizza choices: margherita or pepperoni.
Do we get exclusive access to parts of the park?
Your party room is exclusive to you during your allocated hours. The rest of Hatton Adventure World is open to all visitors.
Do you provide a cake?
No, but you’re welcome to bring your own! We’ll provide a knife, please bring your own candles/lighters.
Do under 80cm guests count?
Children under 80cm are free unless you want them to receive the party inclusions (lunch, animal feed, adult entry, return pass), in which case they’ll require a full ticket. Minimum 10 full-paying children still applies.
Can we bring extra adults?
Yes! Additional adults can be added before final payment for £10.95 each. If any additional attend on the day they will pay standard admission on the gate.
What time is Hatton open?
We’re open from 10:00–17:00. You can arrive early or stay after your party time to enjoy the park.

Deposits & Payments
- A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Final numbers and full payment must be received 14 days before your party.
- If final payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
- Hatton Members receive 10% off the final party balance with a valid membership number (This only applies to full paying memberships and is not valid on any complimentary memberships).
- Minimum Numbers
- All parties are charged based on a minimum of 10 children.
- If fewer guests attend, the minimum charge still applies.
- Adult Admission
- The birthday child receives 2 free adult entries.
- Each paying child receives 1 free adult entry.
- Additional adults must be booked and paid for 14 days in advance, or they will be required to pay standard admission on the day.
- Food & Dietary Requirements
- All food choices and dietary information must be provided at least 14 days before the party.
- If no information is supplied, a general selection will be served with no dietary guarantees.
- You may bring your own birthday cake. No indoor sparklers or open flames are allowed.
- Party Room Access & Use
- You may access your party room 30 minutes before your time slot to decorate or set up.
- Party rooms are not lockable and all belongings are left at your own risk.
- Rooms must be left clean and returned to their original condition. A cleaning fee may apply if this is not adhered to.
- Decorations are welcome, but no pins, tape, or fixings that may damage surfaces.
- Arrival & Timing
- Your party will begin at the booked start time, regardless of late guests.
- Please ensure your group arrives promptly to make the most of your celebration.
- Supervision
- All children remain the responsibility of accompanying adults at all times.
- For Hosted Parties:
- Your Party Host will discuss your preferred activities and help guide your group around the park.
- The host does not supervise children.
- Safety & Conduct
- All guests must follow Hatton Adventure World’s health and safety guidance.
- Any mistreatment of animals, facilities, staff, or other guests will result in removal from the site with no refund.
- Animal Activities
- Animal interactions are subject to animal welfare considerations and staff availability.
- All guests must follow instructions during animal handling sessions.
- Weather
- Birthday Parties are not covered by our Rainy-Day Guarantee.
- As working farm with some outdoor activities, we recommend appropriate clothing and footwear.
