Catering Information
Every child will receive a Snorty’s Lunchbox which includes:
- A sandwich (ham, cheese or jam)
- Crisps
- A fruit
- A sweet treat
- A mini pack of biscuits
- A drink
We’re happy to cater to dietary requirements, just let us know when confirming your final numbers and we’ll make sure everyone is looked after.
🍕 Want to add a hot food option? You can add delicious pizzas to your party for £10.95 per pizza, a variety of flavours available!

Hosted Party
Hosted Party- Arrive for your chosen time slot
- You’ll be welcomed by your dedicated party host
- Your host will lead the party around the park, including:
- An animal handling session at Guinea Pig Village
- Meeting our farmyard favourites
- Ensuring everyone’s having a blast throughout!
- Your Snorty’s Lunchboxes will be served in your private party room at either 12:00 or 15:30, depending on your booking time.
Non-Hosted Party
- Arrive at the park at your selected time
- You’ll be met by a friendly Hatton team member who will show you to your private party room
- We’ll provide you with a programme of the days activities
- Enjoy full access to everything Hatton Adventure World has to offer, animal handling, soft play, tractor rides and more!
- Your Snorty’s Lunchboxes will be served at either 12:00 or 15:30, depending on your booking time
- Once your party ends, please leave the room tidy and pop all rubbish in the bins provided
⏰ Party Times
We offer two birthday party time slots each day. Whether you choose morning or afternoon, you’ll have exclusive use of your party room, a full day of farm park fun, and memories to last a lifetime!
Morning Party: 10:00am – 1:00pm
- 🧁 Lunch is enjoyed at 12:00pm in your private party room
- 🧹 The room must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00pm
- 🕔 You’re welcome to stay and explore the park until 5:00pm
- 🤹 Hosted Party? Your party host will be with you all morning from 10:00am – 1:00pm.
Afternoon Party: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
- 🧁 Lunch is enjoyed at 3:30pm in your private party room
- 🧹 The room must be cleaned and vacated by 4:30pm
- 🕔 You’re still welcome to stay and enjoy the park until we close at 5:00pm
- 🚪 You’re welcome to arrive earlier to explore the park before your room access begins
- 🤹 Hosted Party? Your party host will be with you all afternoon, from 1:30pm – 4:30pm

Where is our party room?
We have several party spaces including cabins, rooms and a party marquee, your space will be allocated based on party size and availability.
When do we pay?
A £100 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Final numbers and payment are due 2 weeks before the party.
When do you need sandwich orders and catering info?
Please send us your sandwich choices and any dietary requirements 2 weeks before your party. Choices: ham, cheese or jam.
Do we get exclusive access to parts of the park?
Your party room is exclusive to you during your allocated hours. The rest of Hatton Adventure World is open to all visitors.
Do you provide a cake?
No, but you’re welcome to bring your own! We’ll provide a knife, please bring your own candles/lighters.
Do under 80cm guests count?
Children under 80cm are free unless you want them to receive the party inclusions (lunch, animal feed, adult entry, return pass), in which case they’ll require a full ticket. Minimum 10 full-paying children still applies.
Can we bring extra guests?
Yes! Additional adults can be added before final payment for £7.95–£15.95 each. If any additional attend on the day they will pay standard admission on the gate.
What time is Hatton open?
We’re open from 10:00–17:00. You can arrive early or stay after your party time to enjoy the park.
Terms & Conditions
- The £100 deposit is non-refundable
- Birthday child receives 2 free adult entries
- Each paying child receives 1 free adult entry
- Additional adults must be paid for 2 weeks in advance or pay standard admission on the day
- If no sandwich/dietary info is provided 2 weeks prior, a general selection will be served with no dietary guarantees
- You can access your party room 15 minutes before your time slot to set up/decorate
- Party starts at your booked time regardless of guest arrival, please ask guests to arrive promptly
- If we do not receive final numbers/payment 2 weeks prior, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited
- Party rooms must be left clean and returned to their original condition, a fee may apply if not
- Hatton Members receive 10% off the final party balance (with valid membership number)
- The Hatton Party Host is not responsible for children, they remain the responsibility of the party organiser
- All guests must follow health & safety and rules around the park, mistreatment of animals, staff or facilities will result in removal with no refund
- We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items left in your party room
- Birthday Parties are not covered by our Rainy-Day Guarantee
